My transction of one lack to coinome was not successful. I just checked with bank and as per them money is transferred to merchant but I have not received the money in coinome wallet.

I deposited INR 10000 online through my bank.I have asked for refund of the same and provided entered all verification details about my bank, but it’s more than four days and no amount has been found credited back in my given account number.
It seems like a fraud company. Poor administration and customer care. They are not even responding to emails.
It is a scam company. Forget your money. I had 60k stuck, customer care not responding and if you follow them, they will block your account. It is a scam company.
