I have ordered catalogue number 12810 New Guinnea Buzzy Lizzies Divine pack of 24 in Feb: 2019 and had an email with the delivery date of 22/03 2019. It is now 17/05/2019 with no order received. I have sent various emails with no reply. I have even phoned your so called customer care line on 0333 400 0033 as advertised on your website only to be cut off time and time again. You have my money and I do not have my goods!! I and the law call this theft. Why do you not answer my calls and emails regarding this???
