  1. Customer Relations Department,
My question is simple, when are you going to get the heat fixed in the Carrabbas restaurant on Woodruff Rd. in Greenville, SC. It has been out of order in the bar section of the restaurant for the past 2-monthes. My wife and I frequent that restaurant sometimes twice a week and always sit at the bar. The last time we were there most people at the bar had their coats on eating dinner. Needless to say last week is the last time we are going in there until the heat is fixed. We have been frequenting that restaurant for over 10yrs and never experienced anything like this with any of the former proprietors..

  2. on valentines day I took my wife to the outback in murrels inlet, sc. when we sat down I asked the server if they gave veterans discounts, and she said yes.when we went to pay I gave her my dine-rewards card. she informed me that because we had the 5 for 10 and could not give me the veterans discount. I feel this is unfair. If you are going to thank a vet, don’t thank him with strings attached. I am not very happy with this and am sure the other vets would not be. I understand that discounts are used to get people in the doors, but this might stop them coming.
