  1. I cannot call internationally even though I have that feature on my AT&T plan. I can receive intentional calls but when I attempt to call out internationally, I get a message in Spanish that I think says the service doesn’t recognize my number. I don’t speak Spanish so I’m not sure. I think it’s a problem in the TIGO system. I called AT&T and they couldn’t find the problem. I was able to call two years ago when I was in Guatemala.
